- To accommodate those who may be interested in purchasing items for fun, we only offer exchanges after sale; we do not offer returns. We only accept exchanges within seven days (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility). Please confirm carefully before placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The seven-day evaluation period starts from the day after the item is received and is not a trial period. Please ensure the item remains in new condition. Whether signed for by the buyer or another person (e.g., administrator/family member), please take note.
- After the package has been picked up, the system will return the pickup information within 48 hours. Upon receiving the package (within the seven-day evaluation period), please log in to the member system, go to the order inquiry, and select "Return/Exchange Application" to apply for a return.
- If there is a delay in updating the order details, please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the package to avoid affecting your return rights.
