  • Other Product Exchange Service
    1.   To accommodate those who may be interested in purchasing items for fun, we only offer exchanges after sale; we do not offer returns. We only accept exchanges within seven days (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility). Please confirm carefully before placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    2. The seven-day evaluation period starts from the day after the item is received and is not a trial period. Please ensure the item remains in new condition. Whether signed for by the buyer or another person (e.g., administrator/family member), please take note.

    3. After the package has been picked up, the system will return the pickup information within 48 hours. Upon receiving the package (within the seven-day evaluation period), please log in to the member system, go to the order inquiry, and select "Return/Exchange Application" to apply for a return.

    4. If there is a delay in updating the order details, please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the package to avoid affecting your return rights.
  • Love coin return service
    1. Once purchased, we only offer full transaction return services.

    2. The seven-day appreciation period starts from the day after payment and is not a trial period. Please note that Love coins, once used, cannot be returned.

    3. For returns after completing the Love coin payment, please log in to the member system within the seven-day appreciation period, go to the order inquiry, and select "Return/Exchange Application" to apply for a return.

    4. If the order information is not updated in time, please contact customer service within seven days after payment to assist with processing and avoid affecting your return rights.
