Happiness & Well-Being|AI Technology × Mind-Body Awareness × I Ching Wisdom

Are you happy? Do you feel a genuine sense of well-being?
And what do “happiness” and “well-being” truly mean in our lives?

On September 17, 2026, Hylove Business Inc., under the guidance of Professor Hu of National Taiwan University, brought its “Happiness & Well-Being” learning experience to the NTU campus. The session combined artificial intelligence, mind-body awareness, and Eastern wisdom to encourage students to explore happiness, personal values, and well-being from multiple perspectives.

A key part of the activity featured AI-Mind Care, which supports mind-body awareness and emotional management through interactive observation of students’ current physical, mental, and emotional states. By making these states more visible, the experience encouraged students to develop greater self-awareness and to reflect on how emotions, attention, and everyday life may be connected.

The session also incorporated the “Open Possibilities” I Ching board game, an interactive reflection tool inspired by traditional Chinese wisdom. Through questions, life situations, and group interaction, students were invited to consider choices, relationships, values, personal direction, and the meaning of living well.

Through AI-Mind Care, Hylove Business Inc. continues to explore how artificial intelligence, mind-body awareness, education, and interactive learning can be brought together in human-centered ways.

Rather than viewing technology only as a tool for data analysis, Hylove seeks to use technology as a bridge—supporting greater self-understanding, reflection, emotional awareness, and meaningful engagement with everyday life.

Technology helps us see the data; awareness helps us see ourselves.
Through reflection and exploration, we move closer to discovering what happiness and well-being mean in our own lives.
