To protect the rights and interests of members and ensure fair and transparent transactions, the following membership rules have been established. Please carefully read the following rules before purchasing Love Coin:

II. Membership

1. Non-Member Love Coin Price: NT$250/point. (No discounts)

2. Full Membership (Only eligible individuals can apply or automatically become members)

Eligibility:

A. Full Membership fee: NT$2,000/year.

B. Those who own a Brain Link brainwave device (60Hz) with a US core chip and can connect to and execute the system's functions.

C. Those who purchase the Tai Chi brainwave device (model TG-2, 60Hz) from mainland websites can apply to become an Alpha member of our company, with the first year's membership fee waived and 10 Love Coins given as a gift (valid for one year).

D. Those who already own a Brain Link brainwave device: Can apply to become Beta members of our company, paying a membership fee of NT$2,000/year, and receive 10 Love Coins (valid for one year).

E. Formal members may purchase the execution software for the "raw data of brainwave testing" required for research and development from our company, but a separate project contract is required.

3. Membership Benefits

A. For Beta members, without our company's consent, they cannot use the "AI-AMCT Brainwave Testing System for Spinal Correction" and the "AI Mental and Physical Health Early Warning, Emotion Management, and Brainwave-generated music Therapy Brainwave Assessment System" brainwave application systems.

B. Members who withdraw midway will not receive a refund of their membership fee and will also lose their eligibility to use discounted Love Coins.

C. Non-hyloveclub.com website members will also lose their eligibility to use discounted Love Coins.

D. Alpha and Beta members who use more than 600 Love Coins in a given year will have their annual fee waived for the following year.

E. It is forbidden to use the functions of this website for any illegal activities. Those who violate the law will bear the consequences themselves, and our company will not bear any legal responsibility.

2. Large organizations must initially purchase at least twelve sets of the "Tai Chi Brainwave Device," and their annual Love Coin usage must exceed 20,000 points. (Contact us for details)
