1. The software and hardware used in brainwave music production are owned by HyLove.
2. HyLove has an obligation and responsibility to protect users' personal data and brainwave information;
3. The intellectual property rights of brainwave information, brainwave music, brainwave scores, and brainwave diagram reports generated through paid brainwave music production are jointly owned by the user and HyLove.
4. Users may not change the ownership of intellectual property rights without authorization;
5. When users or users use music, sheet music, graphics, etc. generated from brainwave music experience for commercial purposes through third parties, they must obtain the consent of HyLove Company, and HyLove Company will enjoy 30% of the resulting revenue.
6. When the commercial activity includes not only music, sheet music, and graphics generated from brainwave music experiences, but also when this part is not the main content of the entire commercial activity, the revenue from this part shall not be less than 30% of the total revenue.
7. When users earn revenue through commercial activities, they should promptly pay the revenue belonging to HyLove to HyLove.
8. When HyLove uses music, sheet music, and graphics created from user brainwave music and combines them with user personal information (such as name and identity) for commercial purposes, it should obtain the user's consent in advance, and HyLove should pay the user 30% of the revenue obtained.
9. Users allow HyLove to use their brainwave information free of charge when promoting or demonstrating the application's brainwave information features, without disclosing personal information.
10. If HyLove Company fails to properly safeguard and leaks music, sheet music, or graphics generated from user brainwave music, it will compensate the user for no more than twice the amount paid by the user.
11. By using the multiplayer mode, users acknowledge and agree that their personal brainwave data will be interacted with and processed by other users' brainwave data in the company's website system.
12. By clicking to enter the website, the user is deemed to have made the above commitment.
